Respond

Notice
Compare private before-and-after stress check-ins alongside sessions, minutes, streaks, and your place in the 12-week path.
General wellness
Cadence does not measure, interpret, or manage glucose. Complete urgent alerts and needed care first, and consult a clinician for medical decisions.
Help & FAQ
No. Cadence guides general-wellness breathing practices and does not measure, interpret, predict, or manage glucose.
Stop the practice. Breathe normally and seek appropriate medical help if symptoms continue, feel severe, or include faintness, chest pain, or shortness of breath.
Current app settings, practice history, and reflections are stored on your device. Optional connected services have their own clearly presented controls.
Choose the practice suggested for the current week or select an available breathing session, get comfortable, and follow the visual and audio pacing without forcing the breath.
The core practice path is designed without an account and keeps progress locally. Store purchases, downloads, support, or optional diagnostics may still require a connection.
Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the store account used for purchase. Manage cancellations or refunds through that store, and email Gamina support for app-specific problems.
